How much does it usually cost to install/repair a new pond pump?

uptempo asked: I need help, I am trying to find service that can repair my dead pond pump. its a 1.5hp one that powers my ~40,000 gallon pond. How much or WHAT should be the cost usually for labor and replacement of a new pump? Thanks a lotJody

At my cottage we have muddy ponds all over the place – I guess due to higher water levels after the snow melt?
