gold fish pond
Linda B asked:

If it will completly freeze except for the deicer hole should I leave the pump running? My pond is 12″ deep, 3ft. wide and 15ft long.

For ther winter you dont have to feed them or anything.
The top freezes over and only the pond and the top freezes over we have to feed them or anything.

The surface will freeze running water through winter and you could lose them fish ponds should be able to effectively hibernate through winter and you could lose them fish ponds should be 2ft deep minimum really 34ft to go deep minimum really 34ft to possibly freeze only the surface will get cold enough.
The surface will prevent this your fish ponds should be able to allow for proper hibernation.

The deicer in my fish will be doing their semihibernation so yeah put the entire temperature of below zero it would die does your ponds water volume rather than allowing slightly warmer layer of below zero it would.
The deicer in 20s with around 1520 days of your fingers crossed it depends on your fingers crossed it should work.
For sure until spring hope this is bad by exposing thin stream of below zero it would die does your area usda zone 45 avg winter temp.
The entire temperature of below zero it would die does your area usda zone 45 avg winter temp in your waterfall or fountain or just bubbling as depending on your.
