what does it mean when a domesticated painted pond turtle sheds dark brown scales, and also transparent ones?

when i cleaned out his tank yesterday, i found 2 different colors of scales in the water, neither of them are his usaul color. One set was dark green transparent with dark brown edges, and the other scales were a whitish transparent with dark ivory edges.

    The scales on thier back it is completly normall dont worry.

    They shed regularly, but we usually don’t notice it. If it happens more often it might be a sign of either stress or overeating.
